Do my customers need an app?

No. Phones read the card automatically. Your page opens in their web browser.

Which phones work?

iPhone XS and newer, and most Android phones with NFC turned on (it’s on by default on most).

What if a phone doesn’t pick it up?

Make sure the phone is unlocked. On iPhone, tap the card with the top edge of the phone. On Android, use the middle of the back.

Where does each card send people?

Straight to your Google review form, your Instagram profile, or your Facebook page. We set it up and test it with you before you leave.

What if a card stops working?

If it stops working within 90 days, we replace it free. We’ll also reprogram any card anytime at no charge.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. You pay once for your cards and stickers.
